General Manager

Minette is the General Manager of Women for Change at The LBW Trust, bringing over 20 years’ experience across corporate, community and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about social change, education and creating opportunities for girls and young women through community engagement and fundraising initiatives.

With a background in event production and project management, Minette combines strategic thinking with creativity and strong relationship management to support the growth and impact of Women for Change. She is committed to building meaningful partnerships, supporting volunteers and committees, and ensuring the organisation continues to make a lasting difference through education.
