Kate is an experienced commercial leader with 25+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in UK, Australia and APAC. She is passionate about creating organisations where people can contribute to their highest potential, grow and learn. Her mission is to develop highly functioning empowered teams with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experience.  Kate is particularly passionate about advocating for women in leadership and in the workplace.

Outside of work, Kate is married, ‘mother’ of two ex-racing greyhounds and stepmother to three (almost grown up) stepchildren. She enjoys cycling, rowing, and running (on Peloton) and is a proud Scot and adopted Aussie.
