Inside the Room: Highlights from the 2025 Leadership Masterclass

On 4 September 2025, Women For Change hosted its 3rd Level Up Leadership Masterclass at Cliftons in Sydney CBD—and what an extraordinary day it was. With 35 attendees representing 16 organisations, alongside WFC Committee members, the event was a powerful blend of learning, connection, and purpose.

This year’s Masterclass was a transformative experience, filled with dynamic discussions, practical insights, and collaborative energy. We were honoured to welcome Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz AM as our keynote speaker, alongside a lineup of incredible guest speakers and panellists who generously volunteered their time and wisdom. Their stories of leadership, resilience, and authenticity left a lasting impression on all who attended.

Together, we raised over $30,000, which will fully fund one year of tertiary education for 30 young women through our SPRJK program in India.
